Mental Health Workshop
1 hourInstructors will explain the sources, symptoms and influence of stress and provide tips to maintain balanced work-life.
Zentangle Mindful Art Workshop
1 hourInstructors will teach Zentangle art and its techniques. Having a chance to draw, participants could alleviate stress.
Healthy Eating Workshop
1 hourNutritionists will share information on healthy eating, including tips for preparing healthy daily lunches.
Healthy Cooking Workshop
1 hourNutritionists will share recipes of healthy dishes, participants could cook by themselves.
Chinese Medicine Dietetic Strategies Workshop
1 hourChinese medicine practitioners will brief participants the dietetic theories, including seasonal health preservation and ways of conditioning during recovery in common diseases.
Chronic Pain Relief at Workplace Workshop
1 hourPhysiotherapists will explain common chronic pain symptoms and teach participants how to relieve.
Let's Chill Yoga Experiential Workshop
1 hourInstructors will lead participants to relax through yoga.
Wu Shu Workshop
1 hourInstructors will guide participants in practising Tai Chi or Ba Duan Jin.
Slow Jogging Experiential Workshop
1 hourInstructors will offer participants guidance on how to perform slow jogging correctly, covering techniques regarding running strides, breathing, and postures, etc.
Pickleball Experiential Workshop
1 hour 30 minsPickleball combines the skills of badminton, tennis, and table tennis, making it one of the emerging sports in recent years. Instructors will guide participants to experience pickleball. (NEW!)
Let's Move! Resistance Band Fitness Workshop
1 hourInstructors will guide participants to use resistance bands for stretching exercises. (NEW!)
Let's K-pop Dancing Experiential Workshop
1 hourInstructor will lead participants to experience K-pop dance. (NEW!)

Remarks:
1. Places for free workshops are limited. If enrolment exceeds the quota, workshops would be allocated by ballot.
2. Participating organisations should provide a venue for the workshop, along with a computer and audiovisual equipment.
3. The Occupational Safety and Health Council will schedule the workshop as soon as possible on the date specified by the participating organisations, subject to availability of manpower and other operational considerations.
4. Workshops can be arranged from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
5. Participating organisations are required to inform the Occupational Safety and Health Council at least 14 working days before the workshop if they would like to reschedule. Each organisation may reschedule the workshop once only. If an organisation cancels the workshop at short notice without prior notice to the Council, OSHC will charge the organisation the full cost of the workshop.

(II) Seminars or Online Seminars:
Seminars will be held regularly. Topics focus on healthy eating, physical activity and Mental Health.
